My whole experience with Remtek has been ridiculously smooth, all emails and phone calls were straight forward and helpful to ensure prompt movement towards receiving my delivery. My engineer was professional, helpful and just overall, lovely! The engineer showed and explained to me each component of my equipment, leaving me no need to ask any questions. The customer service with Remtek was excellent. My engineer rang ahead to say that there had been a cancellation and they could come an hour earlier than allotted time which was great. The engineer arrived promptly and went through everything, answering my questions as we went. The engineer was extremely helpful and friendly which really helped as my anxiety makes me quite nervous. I really cant fault any of the team at Remtek.

What do we collect from you:

  • Any information submitted by you via the contact forms is sent directly to email. We do not retain anything on our website.
