Thank you so much. This will make all the difference to my studies. My engineer set up the equipment for me and they were super, very patient and kept checking that I understood how to use it etc. They were also very understanding about the new carpet!

Prior to the delivery of my equipment I was contacted which informed me on the expected time of arrival. On arrival equipment was set-up promptly, with clear instructions on how to use software provided. Engineer was very friendly and easy to talk to.
