Fantastic service. The engineer messaged on the day to confirm delivery time and arrived at time stated. Clear directions and explanations given about software and how to locate on laptop. All software/products arrived in 'new' state and ready to go for when the software training sessions begin. Hassle free delivery and introduction, recommended supplier.

The engineer was very helpful, polite and professional. Installation was quick and easy to understand. The engineer was able to explain in depth about all of my software, which was very useful. All of the staff that I have contacted for this delivery have been very helpful and nothing is too much for them . I couldn't praise this service enough for what they do! They have made this alot easier for me after being diagnosed with dyslexia! The engineer went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything and knew about all my equipment. Thank you! I am not one for leaving reviews but after seeing the previous review, I really wanted to because this review paints such an inaccurate negative picture of Remtek. I am a mature student and I have many years of experience on my side when I say Remtek offer first class customer service. They have been amazing to deal with. They go above and beyond what is expected. Nothing is too much trouble. The reception team, that is the first point of contact when you ring/email, is so warm and friendly, and extremely efficient. I haven't had any serious issues with equipment, but had I, I am certain they would have dealt with it in both an efficient and professional manner as I have experienced to date. I can't praise enough all the efforts that staff make to ensure great customer service, IT service, training etc. Since dealing with Remtek my son was diagnosed with Dyslexia. So impressed by the service Remtek have provided I requested that his equipment and training were also supplied by Remtek. That has to be enough of an endorsement!!

laptop was faulty, replaced next day another laptop, exactly same fault with replacement even though the tech said they would test it in the workshop before they sent it. plus extra equipment was two weeks late( so much for next day deliver as stated) . then started ignored my emails when chasing the parts. though the original engineer that delivered it was nice and helpful . I wonder how many other unlucky people got the manufacturer no one wanted hard drives sound like the working triple over time . get an SSD if you are one of the unlucky ones . joke !

Really friendly helpful engineer, knows their stuff on PC's very well. Answered all of my silly questions and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Came super early too which was great.... now I can attend a Christmas dinner with friends! Thank you very much, very happy!
