Engineer was super friendly and helpful. My delivery was late but that wasn't the engineers fault and when the engineer was here they made sure I understood everything in plain and simple terms. The engineer had to put together a couple of pieces of furniture and show me three different software packages so he worked hard. My engineer definitely deserves a pay rise!

The only issue was the code for one of the programmes read and write, not available, it has to be set up tomorrow, as the office was closed. Not the engineers fault.
