Remtek provided a good service. The technician arrived on time and clearly explained how to use the equipment and the products installed. I have not fully had chance to use all the programmes until the new semester starts I will leave further feedback in another review but the first overall installation set up and training was a good service thanks again

Engineer was brilliant :) explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The engineer set up all my equipment and ran me through all my software, settings and internet shortcuts. All my software was installed on my computer before it came so I could use my computer straight away! I was also shown all remteks support options including remote access, freephone numbers and email addresses I could contact if I ever needed help. Thank you very much! Emily

I am very pleased with the service I received, as the engineer is very informative and the information on my computer is well advised for example software, antivirus and other products that will assist me with my essays and assignment. I have been fully informed about how to get help when the ink is finished and also was told about the insurance and what I'm covered for.

Experience very good. They were quick to respond by email after receiving my letter from DSA. Then quick to arrange a time to deliver and had to wait less than a week till they came and deliver. The engineer who installed it for me and showed me what to do was nice and helpful. Thanks

The supplier was very good, the engineer informed me on how to use the laptop. Explained it very well, also showed me how to use my dictation machine. The engineer was very useful and told me all the necessary information that I needed.

I was very pleased with the ICT services provided. All software was installed and customized to my preferences and fully tested for compatibility. A health check was also included and many of the issues I had experienced with my computer where resolved. I also received a brief tutorial on using the software I had obtained. Overall I felt the service was very helpful.

I have had all the equipment delivered today, the delivery was very prompt and the installation was thorough and informative! I was fully advised on how to use programs to aid my learning and about protection for my laptop. The engineer who delivered my equipment was extremely helpful. The engineer took time to run through all the software with me and to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. The engineer was more than happy to answer the questions that I had and gave me a very good general understanding of how everything works. The engineer also made me aware of additional support that was available to me when they had left should I require any technical support afterwards. The engineer showed me all the insurance documents that I needed and told me who to contact should I need to make a claim and explained that my equipment was insured for my overseas visit the following day. Overall should I require anything further I would prefer to use Remtek as their service was second to none.
