I have received my training from Remtek Systems today. I am delighted with the experience as the trainer explained all the software at a steady pace and clarified all the instructions in how to get the best out of the software that I have. The service from the supplier was very efficient and accommodating as they were able to deliver the equipment out of normal working hours. The engineer who delivered and installed the equipment was very helpful, informative and thorough they ensured all equipment was working and advised key features of the programs.

The new equipment will be a huge help in my studies and allows for a more relaxing view when working. The equipment as a whole is great the engineer was polite and explained about the set-up of the equipment; they took me through all the icons and help features, where I can buy consumables. Everything was tested and my questions were answered. A thoroughly good and efficient service. Very pleased.

The service was great and I was really pleased you were given an exact time of delivery for the equipment and the engineer arrived on time. Only slight criticism is that I haven't received my receipts yet and I've not been given any information on when I will receive my training.
