Fantastic! Engineer arrived promptly, was very friendly and super informative. All equipment set up and very clearly explained. The explanation of the insurance and warranty was absolutely invaluable and I am certain without this proper explanation I would not know be aware of all the support, insurance etc. in place.

Remtek provided a good service. The technician arrived on time and clearly explained how to use the equipment and the products installed. I have not fully had chance to use all the programmes until the new semester starts I will leave further feedback in another review but the first overall installation set up and training was a good service thanks again

Engineer was brilliant :) explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. The engineer set up all my equipment and ran me through all my software, settings and internet shortcuts. All my software was installed on my computer before it came so I could use my computer straight away! I was also shown all remteks support options including remote access, freephone numbers and email addresses I could contact if I ever needed help. Thank you very much! Emily

I am very pleased with the service I received, as the engineer is very informative and the information on my computer is well advised for example software, antivirus and other products that will assist me with my essays and assignment. I have been fully informed about how to get help when the ink is finished and also was told about the insurance and what I'm covered for.

Experience very good. They were quick to respond by email after receiving my letter from DSA. Then quick to arrange a time to deliver and had to wait less than a week till they came and deliver. The engineer who installed it for me and showed me what to do was nice and helpful. Thanks

I was very pleased with the ICT services provided. All software was installed and customized to my preferences and fully tested for compatibility. A health check was also included and many of the issues I had experienced with my computer where resolved. I also received a brief tutorial on using the software I had obtained. Overall I felt the service was very helpful.

  • All information you provide to us is held internally. The only exception to this is where depending on your requirements select information is forwarded to government bodies orienting around Disable Student Allowance services.
