The supplier was very helpful when he came to deliver and install the software onto my laptop. They also updated my anti-virus without me asking and helped me use the scanner, which I had been struggling to get to connect with my laptop for a while.

Remtek as a whole were great. The staff were friendly on the phone and quick to respond to emails. The Remtek installer, was great. Showed me a bit about all the assistive software, the installed programs and the hardware. The installer was more than happy to stay and discuss everything. I liked that the installer showed me the specific features previous students have said are useful. Couldn't ask for more!

I have had all equipment delivered today, the engineer was very informative and gave me all the information required to set up and use my new computer. I was advised about software, antivirus and other products that will assist me. I have been fully informed of the help and insurance and how to keep all software discs safe to help with re installation if required

Even though I have only just confirmed the date for my equipment to be delivered, I am already extremely impressed and appreciative of the service I have received from Remtek. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and my trainer has been an immense help, even just by talking things through properly with me and generally being someone who seems wholly interested in doing what is best for someone who needs support.
