Had to chase up company when laptop was not available and had to get student finance to re-do order. This took too long and people on the phone were not very helpful. Although the person who came to set-up and deliver was helpful.

Very happy with the service which I received from Remtek Systems. Throughout the entire process Remtek kept me informed each and every step of the way and on occasions where i had to either e-mail or ring them direct i received a reply to the e-mail the same day and on the one they were very polite and professional brilliant service from a quality business thank you very much and a special thanks to the Remtek engineer who came to install my equipment and talk me through everything and only leaving once i was satisfied with everything.
