The supplier provided a good service, The electrical equipment was already installed with the software needed as well as the other produces being connected and a brief demonstration on how to use each device. I found the technician helpful, polite and advised me on how to seek guidance if having trouble with any of the equipment. overall all an excellent service was provided, Thank you.

Remtek did a great job of setting up the computer and explaining the Equipment and software. The engineer was patient and succinct with his information so I got the hang of things without an information overload - nice.

Somehow managed to get times confused. I thought the engineer was coming at 11:30 but they had 10 on their sheet. Anyway, this wasn't a problem and they advised on a good place to set up the equipment, set up equipment quickly and showed me the basics. I wasn't aware , however, that my training was going to be provided by a different person and in my case, different company. I was told that I would have to make arrangements to set this up. All in all a very good service, but I think I should have been told that the training provision was separate beforehand.
