Great service, fast installation and very helpful.

Marvellous.

My experience with the supplier was very positive. They explained things in detail and provided basic training. I wish they did the full training with me though. They were also very respectful and very approachable that i was able to ask questions.

It was easy to contact the supplier by email and phone to arrange payment delivery. Equipment delivered promptly without difficulty. Software installed and explained. The Remtek Staff who delivered the equipment were very friendly and courteous. Thanks for the great service.

The service was really good and i had great support and training to help me with my equipment.

Supplier was very helpful, ran through the programmes and basic uses of the equipment. Easy to understand, arrived on time.

The member of staff who came and fitted everything was very efficient. They made sure I knew how to work everything that was installed. They communicated with me throughout the process. At the end they went through the check list of all the items I should have and ticked them off.

I received support from the DSA, however when my equipment came to be installed the delivery person wouldn't wait for the internet to set up and then left before installing it. This had already been paid for and it has been a year now and I still haven't received the technology, and consequentially have a disadvantage against other students who received their support. No one has responded to any of my contact and no one has done anything about it. I am very disappointed and will keep on trying to receive the technology that has been purchased over a year ago!
