My experience with this supplier was positive. The person who came to install my products was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the staff on the phones did not always make it very clear, especially as a large amount of callers are disabled students, I wasn't always 100% sure as to what was happening.

I felt that I ought to leave a review promoting REMTEK Tech Systems Ltd. From my initial contact with them they have proved to be excellent, reliable and expedient. I have had technical support online simply supplied by the technical support supervisor. The issue was my software and they literally spent hours diagnosing and correcting the problem they were in control of my computer from 10:13 - 14:47. I even went out to university leaving them to solve the problem. I also have recently had a visit from a remtek engineer replacing some equipment for me, they were early, charming, professional, supportive and offered me some excellent advice about how I ought to think about backing up my very precious data. in summary I cannot recommend this company highly enough and I am delighted to see that they are getting a lot of work and support via Student Finance - England. Keep up the good work - and many thanks

I applied for DSA allowance in hopes to make my study life and its stresses more accommodating to me so I can achieve my full potential on my course even with a chronic illness. Remtek were always polite,professional and very helpful in sorting out the delivery. The delivery was a delight to have a member of the team go through each item and its uses, while they set it all up for me. Thanks to DSA and Remtek I hope I can now finish my Diploma with excellent work rather than just good.
