I received my DSA equipment today. The engineer arrived at the agreed time and called me when they were outside. Set up all the equipment and installed all the necessary software. I was shown the how to use everything, where to get support and links to online tutorials. They were very polite and patient, and answered all my questions. Also, very tidy with the unpacking, and packed up all the wrapping so that i had minimal mess to clear. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this supplier and would definitely recommend to others :) .

The initial equipment checklist that I was sent was incorrect, but this hiccup was sorted out within a week and I couldn't fault the service other than that. Really lovely person. Very pleased with the service as they installed everything promptly and gave me a quick whistle stop guided tour through the software that I will be learning to use over the next few weeks.

The supplier was extremely helpful. Made sure they called before to let me know that they were going to be 15 minutes late. Was efficient when setting up my equipment and clearly talked through everything with me so i could use it.
