The set up was excellent and everything was explained to me thoroughly, the engineer gave me some good basic training on use of equipment and software, all in all an excellent experience, the engineer was polite and curteous, nice person, 5 stars.

Really happy with the service I received. The person that came and dropped off the equipment was very nice and polite and showed me everything I needed. Haven't had the one-to-one training yet, but looking forward to using all the programs for my studies.

The engineer was fantastic, they showed me all the things i asked about and answered questions in general about pc related issues, everything was set up quickly and they left with all the boxes so i didn't have to sort them out myself, very friendly, arrived 15 mins early so we were sorted within half an hour, very impressed with the service, will keep the number handy in case i have any problems as i am confident that any issues will be resolved in no time!

Extremely helpful person, helped me set everything up and gave off a very genuine vibe. Very friendly and took a good amount time showing me the basics of the software. It felt like the engineer was personally giving me the equipment.

Today the person who delivered my equipment was extremely helpful and kind. I understand the software which is on my new equipment and they even installed it for me so it was working when they left. Remtek as a whole have been very helpful with this experience. My new equipment and software will be very helpful for finishing my degree and any future studies I will undertake.
