excellent customer service great advice and support

I was very satisfied with the help I received today. They were quick and efficient. I was shown how to use the equipment and they gave me a better understanding before my tutorials. Overall i have no complaints and i am extremely happy with my equipment and the help provided.

The service has been very friendly, fast and efficient. The delivery and set up was quick and easy and I was shown how to use my equipment briefly. They were very thorough and made sure everything was set up and I was happy with it all, this will all make a big different to my studies and the rest of my life. Thank you all

I would like to say thank you for how well the delivery went. The engineer was very informative and really helped me understand the set up and getting to grips with my equipment. They made sure i knew where I could find all the videos to help me with my software. Also helped with the set up so i could find things a lot easier to get me started. I would like to say a huge thank you for helping set up my equipment today.

An excellent and timely service. Technician was friendly, polite and chatty. Very helpful and set up all of my equipment promptly, then showed me the salient features of the programmes and how to use them. Would definitely recommend.

My Engineer was punctual, friendly, enthusiastic, and personable. They spent a large amount of time setting up all of my equipment and going through and introducing me to all of the programs and their capabilities, they were very patient with my all of my question and very knowledgeable.

Supplier was late due to traffic, but I was told this through text message. Very pleased with equipment and supplier. All equipment has been set up the basics explained, and all questions answered.
