Very good, installer was friendly and set everything up for me

Whilst there were a couple of occasions that it took a long time to contact anyone at Remtek, and I would have also appreciated an email confirming my engineer appointment in the week prior, I am overall extremely pleased with the service I received. The engineer was fantastic at setting up my computer and answering my somewhat 'stupid' questions. They were extremely friendly and punctual, and explained all the support that Remtek could offer me. Thank you for your help!

I was very happy with the service I received. The person who delivered my equipment was very police, informative and kind. I have received all the information I need and directions on where to look if I required any more.

Service was excellent with a very helpful engineer who was able to answer any of my questions. Set everything up for me and made short cuts for the software so it is easy to find. Also very quick but did everything correctly. Excellent service!

I received my equipment from Remtek today. The two people that came were extremely helpful and made everything simple and easy to understand. I have found Remtek as a company very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Remtek were very helpful

I emailed them to get a health check for my equipment and less than 10 days later received an email saying that they were finished. I phoned them Thursday afternoon (9/7/15) 8 working days after sending my equipment in and they said that I was receiving a replacement. I was very impressed that they could send it to me yesterday.
