Absolutely lovely engineer came to deliver and set up my equipment. The engineers' second day on the job but still did a good job in explaining everything in a way i understood. Did not have much knowledge on the different software available, however, this is not a problem as another company have already been in touch to do that job. Plus the knowledge provided to me was still useful. Top job. Thank you

The engineer who came on my first delivery date was fantastic, friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. The engineer even handled the situation well when not all parts for my desk were delivered and apologised about not actually being able to finish the job. I did get an email within a week about bringing the bolts to fix my desk however did not reply to my reply and I needed to call to confirm details. Again the person on the phone was pleasant and understanding. However my chair will still not arrive on the 2nd delivery and I will have to wait for a 3rd delivery for me to have my chair arrive and actually be able to use my equipment correctly. I am a little disappointed because well over a month (almost 2) my equipment was ready for delivery but not all and it has meant being available on 3 occasions even moving work to be here for deliveries. The people I have spoken to have been brilliant and I can not fault their attitude or their ability to think on their feet. It just seems a little unorganised due to bolts missing from a desk and a chair not being on the same order.

My engineer was really helpful and clear, made me feel at ease and understand the software whilst being in my home. Very good would recommend to anyone
