The engineer was very friendly and polite. very helpful, went through everything clearly

I had a pleasant and friendly engineer that arrived on-time, considering my house is extremely hard to find. The engineer would have been efficient if the company had provided the software 'access codes' and was frustrated (rightly so) that having called-in to the office for them: was in fact given the incorrect code and had to call again. The engineer quickly resolved the issue and was perfectly amenable and respectful and polite, I said that I would need my training as the software has been updated and I have forgotten a lot of the functions. I also stated that I wasn't able to 'see' all the blue and grey as the software no longer has ‘obvious’ coloured icons and the 'newer-version' may look more discreet and professional but I'll have a problem with the colours: and I said “not to worry, I‘ll see if the trainer can jiggle some of the settings.” Thank you: Iove my huge laptop.

Friendly, polite, knowledgeable engineer who set up the equipment quickly. Talked me through what I needed to get started and encouraged me to make contact to arrange my further training.
