From the start, Remtek was friendly with emails explaining everything properly and sending reminders of the appointment. All equipment arrived on time and was explained so I could begin using it. Great service - I only wish the date of appointment was also given on the recipe/confirmation email.

I was impressed that the delivery was within days of confirming everything, at a time that suited me and arrived exactly as planned. The equipment was unpacked and set up for me and then I had plenty of time to be shown how the equipment and software works - and where to find help when I forget it all! Thank you to everyone from initial contact to final delivery and set-up. I look forward to playing with all my new toys - all of which are going to make a huge difference to my time at Uni.

My support worker was bang on time, delivered my equipment and installed the software on my laptop. My support was courteous and friendly straight away, even asking if it was needed to take their shoes off before coming inside! My support was efficient and knowledgable, explaining everything clearly about what my support worker was doing and why as he was going along, also asking if I had any questions and checking I understood.
