liam set up my laptop and computer really quick this also included my printer. By setting everything up he then offered to go through each of the programs with me so that I understood what I had to do when using them. He made sure that I understood what he was telling me before we went on to the next program. He was very helpful and I felt able to ask him questions without being made to feel odd because you might not understand. Very Helpful thank you.
