Very kind and friendly service, an extremely clear and useful explanation of the software and how it will benefit me. The member of staff was extremely helpful and approachable.

Delivery was on time, explained everything perfectly and had a great attitude. I appreciate the help and the support that has been provided. Equipment is in full working order and staff very kindly explained how to use them all.

Delivery was on time! My engineer was very professional and set up the software very quickly. They showed me where I would find further information and briefly how to work each software. Very pleased with the service. Thank you!

Excellent service. My Support worker was very nice and explained everything in great detail.

The engineer was professional and friendly. The Engineer explained everything well. Set up was quick and he checked if i had any questions before the engineer left. The engineer briefly explained all the software and how it works, but also checked that I have coaching booked to explain the software further.

I found the set up very helpful and my support worker explained everything perfectly, made it simple to understand and process, showing me where i would find further information tutorials should i need them in the future.
