Remtek Systems reaches 1000 Google Reviews

We are delighted to share that Remtek Systems has reached 1000 Google reviews, whilst retaining an impressive score of 4.9. These reviews are testament to the hard work of every team member at Remtek Systems and show the positive outcomes that are being achieved from our dedicated training and overall service delivery.

One customer, Kevin commented “I'm dyslexic in my late 50s I've always struggled with taking notes and producing documents. I've just had training sessions from Remtek on three key pieces of software. I was a little nervous before the training my tutor was very good with a calm relaxed attitude. Speaking with him I could see had good knowledge and experience. With people with my problems after our training sessions I now feel quietly confident in my own capabilities with the use of these programs. During the assessment, he covered all my needs and ensured he presented me with every option, giving guidance and answering my questions. I appreciate his thoughtfulness about my condition and what could be of use for me, especially in managing pain.

When delivering and setting up the equipment, he took care of everything and worked efficiently.

“At Remtek Systems Ltd, we have tailored our training process to be person-centred, so that no session is the same as the last. We understand that everyone is individual and learns in different ways. One of the most important aspects that allows us to make changes to our training procedure to be better for our clients is the reviews that we receive.

Student reviews allow us to explore which areas of our training procedure work and why; and help us to understand if there are changes that need to be made.

We are continuously developing learning strategies based on training situations and adaptations for different clients’ needs. We want to make sure that each client feels understood, calm and ready to learn within their sessions.
