Remtek Systems is pleased to share a new website, designed specifically for DSA students. This new site will use the expertise gathered from frontline staff working directly with DSA students to further support students with their studies, during such challenging times.
The aim is to utilise valuable feedback and questions to develop helpful content and advice to aid students on their journey.
Every team member at Remtek Systems feels personally involved in ensuring that students have the tools to use their DSA equipment and/or software comfortably and confidently. However, getting started with software or equipment can be extremely daunting for vulnerable students. One of the reasons it can become overwhelming is that there are many points of contact for different services and information within the DSA industry. Knowing where to turn when unsure can be confusing.
Remtek Students brings all of the information needed together in one place.
A group of Remtek System’s team members known as ‘Student Champions’ have come together to share their unique expertise. By gathering first-hand information from feedback and questions we have been able to develop helpful content and advice to aid students with their outcomes.
In addition, we have transferred word documents and content that was previously placed on desktops into a digital portal within the site; collating everything in an easy-to-use format.
Remtek Systems Director, John Farrar explained “Our team members are always looking for additional ways to help students and we thought it would be a great idea to bring all of the guidance and advice together in one place, for everyone to access. We wanted to use the expertise that we’ve collected to help as many DSA students as possible.
The focus needs to shift and be on supporting the students and that’s what we’d like to get back to. So far, our team have been great at getting involved and we are encouraging students and industry professionals to join us on our journey.”
Our friendly Engineers, Trainers and ‘Student Champions’ are on hand to help with any questions that students might have.
If you are a student, industry professional or DSA business we would like you to get involved. We’re always looking for ‘Student Champions’ to improve the student journey.
