This week we caught up with our fabulous administration team to discover why team members love working for Remtek Systems and what makes their jobs so enjoyable.
First up was our Administration Supervisor, Chloe Waterworth who has been with Remtek for over 7 years. Chloe oversees the administration and quotes department, ensuring everything is running as it should. She leads on bookings, quotations and communications with students, customers, and partners.
When asked what Chloe enjoyed about her role she explained “I enjoy working with all of the admin/quotes department and seeing how well we work as a team. It’s great assisting with internal and external queries and being able to pass my knowledge on.
I would always recommend Remtek to students as you know when you come to Remtek your order from start to finish will happen with care and professionalism.”
The team’s Business Administrators include Kayleigh Barry, Ellen Flynn and Daria Watt. With over 5 years of experience in the administration team Kayleigh explained “I support with booking deliveries, training, and answering general queries.
I find it very rewarding, helping disabled students with booking for their equipment deliveries as they tend to get excited for the goods. I would recommend Remtek as we provide a good service, well explained from start to finish. We like to make it as smooth as possible.”
Ellen has been with the team for over 2 years and described how she “arranges deliveries, training sessions and familiarisations with students. I also take payments and assist with any general queries the customer may have. I take phone calls and answer admin emails.
I enjoy speaking to students, having conversations with them and learning about their courses. I also enjoy helping them get the equipment they need.
We are fast and reliable as a company and we always put the students first”
Daria has also been with the team over 5 years adding to her teams’ comments “I enter students orders on to our system, manage paperwork and take phone calls/bookings.
I enjoy making sure students come first and answer any questions and help in any way I can for example making sure a student gets through to correct department if they need our support team.
I would recommend Remtek as we work as a team to make sure students are happy and have everything they need and always put them first.”
The latest member of the administration team is Ergonomics Administrator, Katrina Duggan.
Katrina ensures all assessments, deliveries and queries regarding the ergonomic equipment are effectively managed. She also completes the quotes for the ergonomic equipment to be approved by the student finance.
Katrina explained “I find my role very rewarding as the equipment we deliver aids in their studying and ensures they are comfortable within their course at university. I am challenged to ensure we deliver the best possible service to students, allowing them to know that we always put the customer first. Building rapport with students and hearing that the equipment we deliver is making a difference to them.
I would recommend Remtek as the reputation they have built over the years speaks for itself, the equipment we provide is fully customisable for the students. No one disability is the same and the equipment should project that, we treat all students with the help and support they need.
