Dear Customers, we hope that this message finds you and your loved ones in good health.
We have had a number of queries asking about how we are operating our business and providing services to students during this time.
The agility and robustness within our business practice has meant that we have enabled staff to work from home without impact or downtime. All day-to-day office-based administrative operations are continuing as normal and without interruption. These include, but are not limited to:
- Answering all calls
- Processing student orders
- Processing quotes
- Carrying out training
- Operating the support desk
We have also enhanced and adapted specific services, for the current climate, allowing us to seamlessly and continuously provide services such as deliveries, setups and familiarisations whilst operating within UK Government safety guidelines; setup and orientations have moved to a contactless delivery model. Our in-house delivery engineers have been briefed accordingly so we know that we are doing all that is necessary to keep our services running whilst keeping the UK safe. Where ergonomic equipment is being supplied, or equipment is needing to be built on-site, safe solutions are being discussed on a case-by-case basis with the student and we are working with them and around their wishes.
We also continue to have a physical presence at our head-office in Manchester, keeping it manned whilst adhering to UK Government guidance and ensuring that all staff members are kept safe.
Having dedicated, employed, staff with knowledge throughout the business, not just their role, has made this process effortless and has once again demonstrated the robustness and strength within the business. It has also reinforced how valuable our team are, there importance to us and how they are at the core of our business (thanks guys!).
